FFL TRANSFER

Your coming Item needs to include ALL of the following information for EACH transfer:

(1)  A copy of sales or dealers' current FFL license.
(2)  The BUYER’s information — full name (with any nickname), a reliable phone number and email address.
(3)  A copy of the invoice or sales receipt showing the amount of sales tax paid. If tax was not collected at the time of sale, we will be required to collect Nevada sales tax.

We only receive FFL Transfers from other licensed FFL’s. Any firearm shipped to us by a non-licensee will either be refused.

Your dealer may ship us your firearm for the FFL transfer. Missing or omitted information will delay the transfer process. Please submit the information above even if we are on “file” with your seller to decrease the chance of any errors or missing information from the seller in the package.

please wait for a text or an Email from us.

If you are tracking the shipment, there is no need to call the shop to inquire about the status of your transfer, and please do not show up at the shop if tracking shows that we signed for your item. Doing so only slows down the process. When the item arrives, per federal law, we inspect it to verify that the serial number on the actual firearm(s) matches the seller’s paperwork. Then we have to log it into our ATF Firearms Log. Please give us time to process the shipments properly, in accordance with federal regulations, in the order that they’re received. We assure you that you WILL be contacted within 24 hours, so we kindly ask you to wait for a text from us.

We do allow customers ONE (1) full week (from the date of pick-up text or Email to pick up their transfer. Because space is limited, any longer time will require previous consent and/or agreed upon storage fees.

Our regular business hours are:
Sundays thru Friday… (10:00am to 5:00pm)
Saturdays……………. OFF
If a firearm is not picked up within 30 days from delivery day to store then GBFT will assume possession.
